Haven't lived here long and I am happy to say I'm leaving this place! I really really wish I could post pictures because I would post pictures of everything STILL wrong in my place (since we moved in practically!) anyway two water leaks one has been going on for 3 days now, the other month in half!
Does anyone know the number of who is actually over the place? The main person please?
I never had this much trouble until I moved here. Their is no heat in two or more apartments, we have trouble with roaches, and bedbugs. The manager is a fake she lies, she doesn't treat people equal like she says she does. They are smoking pot, drinking alcohol in the apartment complex and inside the apartments.she butts here nose into other people business. I'm still waiting for em to fix my heat, fix my door, and my windows.
I have grown up in this town and I have to give this place a 5 Star for the way it is now and the way management handles business. Maintenance and the office staff are very supranational. All staff live here on the property and are honest caring people. Just because you have a town fully of drug addicts, doesn't mean you should judge this place. They are quick to respond to any situation and have neighborhood watch that is out on the property day and night to keep everyone here safe. If tenants act up or cause issues here, the landlord is fast to move them on out because they really care about everyone's happiness here.

I would appreciate it if who ever made a post on this review site in my name Betty Nichols would be kind to take it down, Laurel Commons Apts. Are very nice, the management is extremely helpful in so many ways, if I ever needed anything they help me, my apartment is a very nice place to live. And the maintance men work so hard to keep everyone happy. I apologize to everyone involved with this matter. So please don't use my name on anything I didn't know how to do this, I had my daughter to tell me how
This is the best place I have ever lived. I know this place had a bad reputation in the past along with prior management, but the new management is AMAZING!!! All of the staff is so friendly and caring. Maintenance is quick to respond when there is an emergency. And the only tenants that are not happy here are the one's who get in trouble for doing something they shouldn't. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place for anyone to rent. FIVE STARE from our family!!
•none of our windows open which means it's hot and not very safe! Which we turned in and didn't get fixed lol!
•not to mention the tub has mold ALL AROUND IT (since we moved in!)

This place not only has really bad maintenance but the "manager" is really rude and isn't even in the office half of the time!! Not to mention all of the stupid guild lines u have to follow which some they don't even need like ur insurance and stuff the way I look at it's my choice if I have it or not if I get caught it's me getting a ticket not them "but I do have insurance I just think it's not important it's my choice not theirs!" ! I do not recommend anyone living here, it's a joke they seem nice and willing to help, but man that's far from the truth they are lazy/rude ETC, I don't mean to be nasty, but if multi people are complaining something is wrong. I wish I could get a hold of the MAIN PERSON!
